Welcome to View Park-Windsor Hills

A hidden gem tucked in the California hills

If you’re looking for a historic, picturesque Los Angeles neighborhood, look no further than View Park-Windsor Hills. The wide, tree-lined streets surround gorgeous historic homes nestled in the California hills, and the established community is known for its strong sense of community pride and neighborhood curb appeal. The View Park-Windsor Hills community features some of the most diverse dining options in the area and with its proximity to Los Angeles and surrounding districts like Culver City and Marina del Rey, the neighborhood opens up to even more opportunities to enjoy the diverse cultures of California living.

This unincorporated community is home to almost 12,000 residents and includes the Ladera Heights and Baldwin Hills neighborhoods. View Park was developed between 1923 and 1970 and features homes designed by notable architects like R.F. Ruck and Paul Haynes and is rumored to include several homes designed by Paul Williams. The Windsor Hills area was developed in the ’30s and designed to be a resort community with a similar atmosphere to Bel-Air. Both communities offer million-dollar views at an affordable price tag and feature family-friendly communities. If you’re looking for great views and great neighbors, View Park-Windsor Hills is the neighborhood for you!
