This unincorporated community is home to almost 12,000 residents and includes the Ladera Heights and Baldwin Hills neighborhoods. View Park was developed between 1923 and 1970 and features homes designed by notable architects like R.F. Ruck and Paul Haynes and is rumored to include several homes designed by Paul Williams. The Windsor Hills area was developed in the ’30s and designed to be a resort community with a similar atmosphere to Bel-Air. Both communities offer million-dollar views at an affordable price tag and feature family-friendly communities. Things to Do
If you’re looking for more hiking opportunities, visit the Stocker Corridor Trail, part of the Park to Playa trail system that stretches from the Pacific Ocean to Baldwin Hills. The dog-friendly trail is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers and features quiet, tranquil pathways on a steady incline with scenic mountain views.
