About Found Collective
Found Collective is a boutique Los Angeles team led by Key Rees. We work collaboratively, show our clients the numbers and tradeoffs, and make the parts of real estate that are usually vague easier to understand.
Every client gets a plan made for their property, timing and life—not a version of someone else’s. Our job is to make the process clear enough that clients can make confident decisions of their own.
We love the work because a move can change daily life in a real way. It asks us to combine market knowledge, strategy, design, problem-solving and close attention to detail.

Key leads strategy and negotiation across Found. Her work also spans interiors, landscapes, ground-up homes and multiple remodels—experience that lets her see the whole property, not only the transaction.

Carrie works directly with buyers and sellers, with particular experience across the Westside and small multifamily properties. She brings a thoughtful, direct and highly detailed approach to the work.
Operations & Transactions
Angelo keeps the work organized from the first document through closing, managing timelines, details and the many moving parts that keep a transaction on course.
Marketing & Client Experience
Olivia leads property marketing and client experience, shaping how each home is presented and how every part of working with Found feels and functions.
